CloutCheck is a social media analytics tool that audits TikTok accounts and provides feedback on content performance. The Service uses publicly available data and AI-generated analysis.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloutCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
