We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address, name), your TikTok username if you choose to link it, and usage data such as audit history and scores.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the Service, personalise your experience, process payments, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. TikTok Data

CloutCheck accesses publicly available TikTok profile data to generate audits. If you connect your TikTok account via TikTok Login, we store your TikTok user ID and display name to link your account. We do not access your private TikTok data.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Upstash Redis and managed via Clerk authentication. We retain your audit history for as long as your account is active.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Upstash (data storage), and Anthropic (AI analysis). Each has its own privacy policy governing data use.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights
